Following on from the films, here’s a bit more about meals for our imagined people – Jim, Samira and Pamela. They are still just rough samples, but could help in looking at meal balance using the plate diagram.
Remember – nutrient amounts and energy counts for meals may vary according to the type of ingredient used – for example with supermarket packaged bread it will vary with the brand and type.
