Nutrition information labels have got a lot of useful info on them - but they can be a bit confusing.
All those numbers! And it's easy to get hung up on the tiny details in them.
As we say right across this site, think of the big picture: eat plenty of vegetable and fruit - all types and colours. Cut back on sugary drinks, fried food, fats, salt and sugar. And be careful about packaged food and take-aways.
But are you ready for more detail than that?
If you are, then this challenge takes you through what’s on those labels.
Remember - this isn't an introduction to nutrition.
It's just about how to use nutrition labels to compare products.
But as you'll see, that can be quite a challenge by itself!
